Why Tapping Into High Vibrations Every Single Day Actually Changes Your Health (And Your Life)

I want to talk about something that came up with a client during her Crystal Clear Multidimensional Healing Week recently, because I know it applies to so many of you. As we were moving through her clearing process together, the question that kept surfacing was: how do I actually hold this frequency once the clearing is done?

And honestly? It's one of the most important questions you can ask.


You're Not a Normal Human (And That's the Whole Point)

If you're a healer, a lightworker, a conscious woman who knows she's here to do something meaningful on this Earth — you cannot treat yourself like a normal human. And I mean that in the best possible way.

You are here to pull in high vibrational light codes from your soul, from higher realms, and ground them right here into the 3D. That is your actual job. Not just your healing business, not just your spiritual practice — your soul's job, whether that shows up through a business, your relationships, your family, or your everyday life.

But here's the thing about Earth: it's dense by design. And when we're not actively maintaining our connection to those higher frequencies, we can get really, really bogged down into the heaviness of the 3D. Into the complaining, the comparing, the doom-scrolling, the drama. Into patterns that feel comfortable even when they're actively working against us.

That's why tapping into high vibrations every single day isn't just a nice-to-have. It's foundational.


What "High Vibe Daily Practices" Actually Looks Like

I'm not talking about forcing yourself into a perfect morning routine or pretending everything is love and light all the time. I'm talking about finding your touchpoints — the things that actually fill your body and your energy field up with light on a consistent basis.

Here's what this looks like in my world and in the worlds of clients I work with:

Ceremonial cacao is my non-negotiable. Every single day I'm making my cacao with raw milk, clean protein powder, and maple syrup. It's heart-opening, it's grounding, and it's a high vibrational substance I'm flooding my body with before anything else. That's my anchor.

Crystals and gemstones are another daily touchpoint. You've seen me — I'm always wearing them, always working with them. They're not just pretty. Every stone you wear or hold is a high vibrational frequency you're interacting with, and they spin to the right, meaning they're actually supporting your body's healing state every single time.

Breathwork is one I recommend especially if you tend to feel floaty or ungrounded. Unlike some forms of meditation that can take you out of your body, breathwork keeps you anchored while still lifting your frequency. It's tangible. It involves your physical body. And it is one of the most powerful tools I keep coming back to. (Two of my self-led programs include breathwork ceremonies and rituals that you can use on repeat. Meditation is powerful too, as long as you're intentional about coming back into your body afterward. The goal is to go up and then ground back in — not to stay disconnected.

Spring water and ceremonial matcha can also be high vibrational inputs for your physical body. Think about what you're actually putting into your vessel every single day. Is it filling you up or stripping you down?

Sunlight — actual, real sunlight — is something I'm personally working on right now as part of resetting my circadian rhythm. Watching the sunset every night. Working toward catching the sunrise. Getting outside throughout the day. Your body was designed to work with light, and this is one of the most grounding, recalibrating things you can do.

And one thing I do every single day that I want to share with you: I program a crystal (specifically one of my Alienite stones) to fill my body with light. I do this intentionally so that every nook and cranny of my energy field is filled. Because here's what I know to be true: if you leave space open and you're not filling it with light intentionally, whatever is around you is going to fill it. And you don't always get to choose what that is.


The Retraining That Nobody Talks About

Here's where it gets real. Most of us have spent years — sometimes decades — comfortable in denser frequencies. The late nights. The news cycle. The relationships that drain. The food that doesn't nourish. The content that leaves you feeling worse than before you opened the app.

These patterns feel comfortable because they're familiar. Your nervous system has been trained to live there.

So when you start shifting toward lighter frequencies, toward higher vibrational daily practices, it can feel genuinely uncomfortable at first. Crunchy. Sticky. Like you're fighting against yourself.

That's the recalibration phase. And it's normal. And you have to push through it anyway.

I'm going through my own version of this right now. I've been a night owl since high school — staying up until 1 or 2 AM every single night, waking up late. It's deeply comfortable. And it's also not supporting my body, my energy, or my ability to show up for this work. So I'm retraining. I'm going to bed earlier, watching the sunset every night, keeping blue light blockers on if I have to look at screens after dark, and not picking up my phone first thing in the morning.

Is it easy? No. But the recalibration phase is not the destination. What's on the other side of it is.


What to Look at in Your Own Life

Take an honest look at your day-to-day and ask yourself: what has access to my energy? And is it giving or taking?

This applies to everything:

  • The news and media you consume

  • The social media accounts you follow

  • The podcasts in your earbuds

  • The conversations you keep having

  • The people you spend time with

  • The food and drinks you put in your body

  • The content you create and engage with

You don't have to cut everything out. But where do you need to set stronger boundaries? Where are you giving your energy to something every single day that's just... draining you? And more importantly — where could you be redirecting that energy toward something that actually lights you up?

Your nervous system was not built to hold the weight of the entire world. It was not designed to absorb breaking news and social media and other people's trauma all day long. Setting boundaries is not selfish. It's maintenance.


The Part Where Clearing Has to Come First

Here's what I see happen all the time: people add in all the high vibe practices — the cacao, the crystals, the breathwork — and they still feel like something's missing. Like it's not landing. Like it works for a day or two and then they're right back where they started.

That's because you can't add high vibrational things to a field that hasn't been cleared. You're basically decorating a dumpster. The good stuff can't stick when there's still interference, attachments, limiting patterns, and energetic density taking up space.

The clearing has to come first.

And then — this part is just as important — once you've cleared, you have to intentionally fill that space with light. Because if you clear your field and then just let whatever float back in, you're going to end up right back where you started. Clear the vessel. Fill it with light. Then maintain it daily.
